• All Black Friday offers are final sale.
• No refunds.
• Exchange only within X days of purchase (item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition).
• Exchange is valid for size or color only.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged for non-sale items.
• Please keep your receipt/order number for any exchange.

Outside the sale:

• Please check your order on the spot before the courier leaves.
• Once the courier leaves, we won't be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.
• Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations, please.
